PingThatBlog.com terms for users, xmlrpc service owners

These term apply to anyone using the PingThatBlog.com website (www.pingthatblog.com)("the Website") whether as a visitor, a user or a service owner. You are not able to use the Website for any purpose if you do not accept these terms. 2. General provisions

2.1 No representations made to you will have any effect unless they have been confirmed in writing
(obviously this clause is not intended to cover any fraudulent misrepresentations). As such, the terms of your order and these terms constitute the entire agreement between us. Unless these terms have been varied by us and confirmed in writing, no attempted variation is effective.

2.2 If we do not strictly enforce our rights under these terms at any time, we reserve the right to do
so in future both in respect of a particular breach and in respect of any future breach.

3.1 To use this option you should have a website which website MUST be your property.The tool under Ping That Blog menu should be used for notifying search engines about changes on your own website.Using this tool requires a valid RSS feed and a valid URL to be entered which behoves to your website.

3.2 Any XML-RPC blog pinger service owner can notify us to remove the domain which is at his or her own property,from our listings.The owner can contact us via the contact form on the website(http://www.pingthatblog.com/contact.php).

4. Rules for using Blog Ping Checker menu

4.1 The same rules as iin 3.1 . You must have valid website url which you own.The valid url should be entered into thetextbox on the top ,and the list with the checkable hosts in the larger textbox.Please take care each element of your list that it should end with a "/" but only if the path is not a filename like ping.php or xmlrpc.php.

5. Rules for using Latest Blog Ping List menu

5.1 This is a simple page with the option to subscribe yourself to our "Latest Blog Ping List for CMS Newsletter" and here you can get the latest list by simply copying and pasting it into your CMS.(CMS=content management system)Any other usage of this list you find here is prohibited. We have ZERO Tolerance against spamming and hate it as much as you hate it.

6. Rules for using Contact form

6.1 You can only use this form to contact us about copyrights, errors on website, problems, and for only xmlrpc server owners.Any other messages which are not of these subjects will be deleted.

6.2 By using this contact form you agree that you will use it responsibly and you won't use it for any illegal activities that impingne your the laws in your country.

6.3 XML-RPC server owners who send their servers contact to us are welcome.

7. Exclusions of liability/force majeure

9.1 "Ping That Blog" is our trade mark. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited anywhere on the Website are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any trade mark without the relevant owners' written consent.

10. User's responsibility

10.1 The user accepts that will only use the proper services that matches the user's blog's or website's language and content.If the user do not take care of that, the user's blog or website can be easily banned from the ping services.
